 Ambrose, born in 340 in Trier, Germany, to a Roman Christian family,

Saint Ambroseas one of the four original Doctors of the Church,

along with Saints Augustine, Jerome, and Gregory.

“When I read the Scriptures,” he used to say, “God walks with me in Paradise.”

Ambrose succeeded in provoking the repentance of Emperor Theodosius,

who had ordered it. “The emperor is in the Church, not above the Church,”

Isaiah 30:19-21, 23-26

O people of Zion,

 During the season of Advent, we prepare to celebrate not just Jesus' birth in Bethlehem,

but to look forward to his second coming.

The army captain His deep faith amazes Jesus.

Thus He solemnly declares that not only the house of Israel is welcome in heaven,

but those men and women of goodwill.

In a very short time,

 The kingdom of God when it comes, This is to drive the point that everything will be renewed.

Are we going to be afraid of the second coming of Christ?

The gospel tells us to stand erect and hold our heads high for our deliverance is at hand.

Jeremiah 33:14-16

"The days are coming

 Who may enter the kingdom of heaven?

Not all that says “Lord, Lord”will necessarily enter His Kingdom.

Those who do the will of the Father will, Simply offering lip service to faithfulness is not enough.

Witnessing to our faith with our lives is necessary.

Isaiah 26:1-6

On that day

 "To bring people to Jesus."

Today we celebrate the Feast of Saint Andrew, one of the twelve Apostles.

Saint Andrew is the disciple in the New Testament.

He brings his brother Peter to Jesus,

He brings the boy with the five loaves and the two fish. bringing people to Jesus.

Jesus was walking along the shore of the Sea of Galilee and saw Andrew and Simon Peter fishing.

It is then he asked the two to become disciples and "fishers of men."

You are saved if you confess

 
What are we waiting for?　 Advent is patience, longing, and anticipation.

Isaiah tells us that “Yahweh Sabaoth will prepare for all peoples a feast of rich food and choice wines, meat full of marrow, fine wine!”

We realize that Jesus is the true food, the true “Bread from heaven” that truly satisfies!
