 Jesus  offers himself as someone who quenches our thirst, strengthens us against trials, and fills us in our hunger.

He does not only fill us, he gives us endless reserves if we stick with him.

The bread that filled their stomachs, The sign is about who Jesus is.

 This is what we see in King Herod.

John comes alive with many heads and tongues in the mind of Herod,

Herod’s guilt keeps eating him away.

Only a genuine confession of sins and reparation,

repent and turn back to the Lord, can heal us of such internal wounds.

Saints Martha, Mary and Lazarus' story

Martha, Mary, and their brother Lazarus were evidently close friends of Jesus.

Martha generously offered him hospitality, Mary listened attentively to his words

and Lazarus promptly emerged from the tomb.

 What does the parable mean?

Jesus teachings because it is drawn from the ordinary popular life exeriences of people.

The heart is important in receiving God’s word.

Clean our hearts from things that might choke the fertile capacity of God’s word to grow in our lives.

It determines the abundance of harvest one could make when listening to God’s word.

We have Jesus coming into the world to spread his kingdom of Life and Light in people’s hearts.

Weeds would always be present around us.

At the end of time the faithful sons of the kingdom and the unfaithful sons .

of the evil one at their respective judgments.

Then The just will shine....in the kingdom of their father.

In the last days those who allow themselves to become instruments of the evil one will not go unpunished.
