Jesus closes the book and gives it to the attendants then he takes his seat. The eyes of everyone are fixed on him. Jesus tells them, "Today this scripture passage is fulfilled in your hearing."
There Joseph has a small house and near the house is his carpenter's shop. His tools are a bit rusty now, and the house has gathered dust. But Joseph and Mary sets things in order.
Herod waits and waits for the Magi to return. When he finds out he was deceived, he tells the soldiers, "Go and kill all the baby boys born in
these last two years in Bethlehem and places near it."
Turing to Mary, Simeon says, "This child is destined for the fll and the rise of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be contradicted so that thoughts of manny hearts will be revealed. And you yourself a sword will pierce."
Every morning and evening, Mary, Joseph and Jesus say their prayers according to what the Law of Moses says. When they pray together, there is silence and peace in the house.
