"Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved.

His desire was that the sheep be healthy, fed, and protected.

The sheepfold represents a place of security,

No one can enter the fold except through the Good Shepherd.

My sheep hear My voice, t expresses personal intimacy between the shepherd and his sheep.

 Saint James the Less,

His mother Mary was either a sister or a close relative of the Blessed Virgin,

He was called by Jesus Himself and brought Nathanael to Christ.
