The spirit of faith invites us always to search for God’ s will.
Jesus declares the least to be the greatest. Were without status or power or influence.
Are you surprised to see the disciples of Jesus arguing about who is the greatest among them?
Who doesn’t cherish the ambition to be “somebody”.
Who is the greatest in God's kingdom? The one who is humble and lowly of heart.

WHO IS HE
Herod is being told that Jesus is John the Baptist risen from the dead.
Herod is filled with fear and curiosity. He “kept trying to see Jesus”.
God is knocking at his door. This is his moment of grace.

Jesus' willingness to spend time with tax collectors and other disreputable people.
Jesus tells the Pharisees that He did not come to call the righteous. He came to call sinners.
He is seeking the lost. He is healing the sick. He is saving sinners.
